A research book detailing the history and successes of the company Yankee candle. The Information is presented in a design / format inspired by the traditional Yankee candle brand. 

 

 

 

The book features packaging inspired by the Yankee candle brand in which sets of candles are house in boxes which open up like books. In order to inkeep with the Yankee candle brand I used the same format to package my book. 

 

 

The book, alike to the candles, slides out of the side of the box. 

 

 

The books outer aesthetics nods towards the brand and the products they sell. Adorned on the front of the book is the title 'The Yankee candle story' stamped into a wax melt, referencing both the traditional roots of the company, and the physical links of wax. 

 

 

The inside pages are formatted and laid out to reflect the traditional company that is Yankee candle. Implementing elements of traditional ornamentation, and a novel style layout.
